Due to Centre Port construction access is available by Racetrack road,off of Portage Avenue (i/4 mile west of Hwy 100/101 and Hwy 1 (Portage Avenue)

Turn north on RaceTrack Road,following the signs for the barn area, behind the grandstand take the road all the way down to Saskatchewan Ave. Turn east for 1/4 mile and enter the backstretch through the security gate.  The HBPA office is on the east side of the first building on theleft side of the road.(ask at security)
